Originally from Barcelona, Carlos Roncero Montes is an experienced contemporary dancer and educator.
 
After graduating from the Institut del Teatre in 2014, performing with the South Bohemian Ballet, and making guest appearances with the Hungarian Ballet Theater, he established himself as a freelancer in 2018.
Since then, he has collaborated with renowned international choreographers such as Thomas Noone, Antonio Ruz, Paloma Muñoz, Dekkadancers, among others. Most recently, in 2026, he joined the Dance Theatre Heidelberg as a guest artist under the direction of Iván Pérez.
 
Alongside extensive experience teaching contemporary dance and acrobatics, his interest in body awareness and knowledge through movement encouraged him to train as a Pilates instructor, complete intensive courses in pelvic floor work, and soon undertake a Laban Movement Analysis course.
 
Carlos is currently expanding his practice into Choreographic Assistance and movement direction.
